Sunday appropriate makeup

Sundays are jut not the day to sport a full face of makeup. Ideally, you should have a day once a week without makeup to let your skin have a break. However, things come up and you've got a brunch date with a friend or a family catchup, and you can't leave the house completely bare-faced.

So, I propose to you the four-product face:

Concealer // If I can, I'll try and avoid base products on Sundays, even eschewing tinted moisturiser if I can get away with it. Instead, go for a concealer that is good for redness, blemishes and brightening under the eyes (the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer is ideal).

Eyebrow gel // You don't have to go in for this one if you're happy with your eyebrows as they are, but I do like to use a bit of the L'Oréal Brow Artist Plumper daily. It doesn't leave you looking too made up, just more polished.

Cheek and lip tint // Creams look much more natural than powders and if you get the right one, it can be used both on cheeks and lip. I love Benefit Benebalm for a rosy, natural look.

Mascara // Opt for something fuss-free, that won't smudge, is a sinch to apply and doesn't require too much brushing through. Covergirl Clump Crusher is a good pick.

Now you can look well put together and chic on Sunday without looking overdone.
