The Queen of eye makeup removers

I can't say that eye makeup remover is the most glamorous product housed in my bathroom cupboards, but it's undeniably a cornerstone of my evening skincare routine. Whilst some favour a simple face cleanser all over, I always rely on an eye-specific product to avoid too much pulling and rubbing around the delicate eye area.

Consequently, I've trialled a fair few eye makeup removers in my time and thus far, nothing outperforms the Clarins Instant Eye Makeup Remover. When wearing waterproof mascara, there used to be nothing worse than knowing that at the backend of an exhausting day, I still had to remove it all; which inevitably required half a bottle of product and 10 minutes of moping about, patiently dabbing cotton wool. The Clarins offering works swiftly and gets it all off with minimal elbow grease. The bi-phase formula can make vision blurry for an instant, but it does not irritate my particularly sensitive eyes one bit.

That is the sole drawback I've got for this product. Oh, and the price - $36AUD is certainly beyond what I'd usually dish out for a makeup remover, but its potency ensures you need far less than a cheaper version. I've been using it for over a month on most days and I can't see myself running out of it in the near future. A formula I can wholeheartedly recommend.
